ONLINE STUDENT TEACHING MATERIALS

Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic, COVID-19, I was unable to complete my student teaching experience as initially planned. 

 

Luckily, my cooperating teacher from Riverside Elementary School in Reading, Pennsylvania, decided that she wanted to continue to work with me during these challenging times. Below are four videos that were filmed for her class of fourth-grade students, with their respective lesson plans. 

 

These videos were filmed during the first few weeks of the transition to online learning in which the class was reviewing previously learned material in an optional setting. My mentor teacher expressed concern for each subject covered. 

 

In addition to these videos, I would spend an hour each day with the class in their online Google Meet setting. Together, we would review basic math and reading concepts before allocating time for the students to ask questions, share work, or simply interact with their teachers.
